Terms of Service – Level To Leaf

Effective Date: 3 July, 2025

1. Watering Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ongoing care and watering of plants and trees after installation. Newly installed trees require frequent watering during establishment. A downloadable tree care guide is provided, and failure to follow care instructions may void the limited guarantee.

2. Installation Requirements

  • A clearly marked site using provided flags.
  • Accessible planting areas free from debris.
  • A functional and available water source for our crew to perform the initial watering.

Level To Leaf is not responsible for damage to underground items (pipes, wires, irrigation, etc.) not visible or disclosed during the install process.

3. Product Disclaimer

Due to the living nature of our products:

  • Tree size, shape, and fullness may vary slightly from reference images.
  • All sizing is approximate, based on current nursery availability and seasonal variation.

4. Limited Guarantee

We offer a 6-month limited guarantee on installed trees and plants, covering:

  • Plant failure due to improper installation by our team.
  • A one-time replacement per item, subject to inspection.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Failure due to improper watering, site conditions, neglect, or external factors (weather, animals, etc.).
  • Items not installed by Level To Leaf.

5. Website Accuracy & Misrepresentation

We strive to keep our product information accurate, but Level To Leaf is not liable for minor discrepancies or outdated information listed on the website. By using our site and service, you agree to hold Level To Leaf harmless from any unintentional misrepresentations or typographical errors.
